  • Gardiner Museum 111 Queens Park Toronto, ON, M5S 2C7 Canada (map)

“Confluence”

an act or process of merging, coming or flowing  together.

The Mississauga Potters’ Guild Mentorship Group led by Susan Low-Beer is an aggregate group of ten experienced ceramic artists, each with a distinctive voice and varying points of departure. Interrupted in its beginnings by the pandemic, the group reconvened to bring to fruition the long process of exploration and experimentation which culminates in this exhibition.

Featured Artists :

Annika Hoefs, Gracia Isabel Gómez Cantoya, Hana Balaban-Pommier, Karla Rivera, Kim Ross, Maria Teresa Hernandez, Mary McKenzie, Natalie Waddell, Suzanne Thomson, Vanesa Trillia.

The show opens on July 20th and closes with a reception on September 21. The work will be displayed in the entrance lobby vitrines and the front of the gift shop. Guests are not required to pay admission to the museum if they are only there to see Confluence-the Gardiner Shop’s retail exhibition.
